We are Audaay and Daleya, the father daughter duo behind Dear Jervois

Family owned for 5 years now, we have poured our passion, and love into our special corner in Herne Bay. Our dedication to our space we call our second home has become a part of our identity.

For a few years now, we have been wanting to extend our dedication and offer another piece of who we are to Dear Jervois while continuing to bring people together.

We, Audaay, Abir (Mama), Daleya, and the team at DJ are bringing to you our passion for creative yet traditional dishes while offering something new and fresh to the Ponsonby & Herne Bay community.

Recipes that come straight from mama, who for years, has made these dishes as we grew up in our Mediterranean home and from the ladies in our community bringing their homemade recipes too.

We welcome everyone to our special Mediterranean DJ by Night pop-up dinners every Friday & Saturday.

We are excited to share this part of us through DJ that is a representation of us!
